This is a BIG and heavy quilt, but I love looking at it as I quilt, remembering all the individual squares and how much fun to make.

QOV finish
This mystery QOV is all ready for donation. I also finished up my granny squares which now need sashing and then put together. that was quick!

Here's 8 more grannies!
These are so fun to do, and of course they will all play nicely together because they are a jelly roll. If I'd looked better at the patterns before I dove in, I might have tried to space the strips that read as solids and place at centers and ends, for instance. But it was all random and I like it! I must try and find what pattern this is.
Design Wall Monday - Granny Squares!
I love these, just had to break open a Moda jelly roll and try the strip method. It's quick to make 8 blocks at one time.
