I’m starting this project out of all the many I could start since I paid for the kit. Here a photo of what it will look like. I’m making the baby size..this ought to wake up a baby!
Here are the squares ready to be trimmed
This is the guide to colors used. I think she reversed a couple colors and now I’m not sure which version I followed. Don’t think it matters other than to confuse me…

Interesting how they (the designers) decided to construct the quilt.
I would have just done an 11 x 11 grid with squares and rectangles - you can see how easy it would be by looking at the rows on the diagonal. You'd end up with a large square, then turn it on point and snowball on the darkest color corners (square in a square). Well pressed and some quilting and you wouldn't/shouldn't see the seam lines. Just pick your grid scale measurement and go from there.
But that's me. ;)
Looks like you're working with 3 or 4 inch blocks. I like the motif, and could see making a bigger quilt with a large one in the center (~33"-44"), surrounded by smaller ones - and maybe alternating the way the gradation flows.
MY EQ is out of commission right now but I'm going to whip up some alternative settings. I LOVE gradation quilts.
So many ideas, so little time.
Enjoy!
Well I have no idea how this will come together! Just along for the ride…
