Boxed in

 I started this one with a pack of 10” layer cake squares. Such a simple quilt shouldn’t be taking so long!  Guess I’m slowing down…but I may do this for another layer cake bundle…

Here’s the rest, need to distribute the colors better.  I’m one short if I do 5x7, or I could do 5x6 and have 4 left over!

Charming chevrons

 A few of the chevrons…these are fun to do and good use of the charm squares!

Here’s so far. Man I have enough squares left to make at least 2 more like this. 😀

Jelly roll quilt is finished

 This jelly roll is a collection of Williamsburg fabrics. It is bigger than I like to make but this is how it came out!  This end all my works in progress. Have started on Charming Chevrons by Christa Watson. And oldie but goodie and uses more of my 5” squares!  

Kobe 2 is finished!

 Kaffe fabric is so soft and nice to work with. In hindsight I think I didn’t need to add the solid fabric; all Kaffe fabrics look good together and these were a fat quarter bundle.  But I still love it. Still have one more quilt to quilt and finish but have yet to start a new project. 

Koby 1 is finished

 This is Koby 1 because it was the first one I made. I made some errors in cutting and so it is a little smaller but good!  Quilting is organic wavy lines as shown by Christa Quilts. The pink backing is from a half yard bundle from GE Designs  next up is quilting Jelly Roll Race and then I am at ground zero!  Time to start a new project….

Koby 2 is Quilted, needs binding

 It’s been so #### hot I haven’t felt much like visiting the sewing room, at least not for long. But I’ve managed to get this Koby  quilted!  I tried a quilting design demonstrated by Christa Watson of Christa Quilts. Simple, easy and fast. You could quilt more lines but I felt I had enough  I have another one of this pattern and going to quilt it the same way
