My stack of UFOs

This stack includes 10 quilt tops, a table runner and 4 placemats.  If I were to say I'd finish one per month, it would take almost all year.  So I have started the one at the top, a QOV mystery quilt.  Should finish by end of the month!

Orca Bay Mystery - another border

I decided this needed another border, and since blue was my main color, it seemed appropriate that this shade of blue tied the blues the best.  I love it! It fits my double bed perfectly...now to get it quilted.

and here is the last Civil War block, although I will need to make an additional 3 squares of my favorite ones, to complete a quilt top that is 8x7.



Orca Bay Mystery top finished

Finally (after a week rest), I have finished my top.  I was so afraid my borders wouldn't fit together but it all went together really easily.  Surprised me!  couldn't get the whole top in the photo...

Orca Bay clue 8, progress

Here are the parts for the Orca Bay Mystery laid out, ready to sew and before any borders.  I used Bonnie's colors but reversed the red and blue.  A fun project!

This is the 7th block in the series (of 12).  They are big blocks! this one sure went together nicely, love it when that happens - it means I did somethiing right...
