Charm square challenge is quilted

 Looking back I see I made this in August…it was so awfully hot then and now it’s really cold, 6 months later. But it’s finally done and ready to donate. Why did it take so long!

 This quilt along is by Quilting Jetgirl, I’ve made a few of her quilts. This one consists of 12 blocks here’s. The. First. I’m late to begin this, since I had Bonnie hunters mystery then GE Designs quilt along, and there’s another GE Design in a week!  So busy and back to being motivated… this is an all purple quilt

Then I finished up another top of the Charm Square Challenge 

Now there are 7 quilts in the to be quilted pile, 4 sandwiched and ready to sew.  Soon as there’s a lull…

 Decided to add a border I like it, reminds me of the big rubber squares for children to play on!

 I participated in GEDesigns quilt along today making the super sized Amalie quilt. Fun, made all blocks and sized them. Next sew them together   I don’t know why there are so many red blocks as I used equal numbers of each color!   Well I thought I did…

 On to the next project!  Love GE Designs and Gudrun’s patterns. Here is the first step for block A. They are so fun to make, that is after you get the hang of how to do it!  I am making a crib size and not using the whole pack of 10” squares, but they are so fun to make I just might make a bigger quilt!  Not enough for two I don’t think…
