Finished the top of Moda’s Countdown to Christmas, ready to  quilt, I did add a green border

Good Fortune is quilted, washed and given away!  Always nice to have a recipient...

That was so much fun doing the mystery, and now back to working on the Christmas quilt, just a few more blocks to go and then start a new project, yeah!

I got this quilt top done, ready for quilting. I really love how it came out!

New Year’s Day

Bonnie said to put something in the crockpot and sew all day, so I put Mac and cheese in the crockpot and worked on a lot of things!  I did spend time working on the latest Good Fortune mystery, here’s a few of each of the blocks. Really ready to start assembling and see what it is going to look like!

Then I made a quilt for Quilts for Cure, providing quilts for children with cancer I was provided the blocks and fabric to complete assembling   ..

Also. Made this “geometric Texas” mug rug for my sister 

Time to think about the next project. I have a couple of UFOs I need to complete. Then Moda has a String Along I’m going to take part in. Plus make more QOV quilts and Quikts  for Kids. And of course Bonnie’s mystery.....

cutting out and sewing a few of these to see what they look like. Don’t think it will take long to finish the clue.  There will be yellows in this clue, I’ll post a photo when I’ve done more. Now done!

I’ve slowly added a couple more blocks to the Moda Countdown to Christmas, I’m way behind but it doesn’t matter.  I love the horse and will embroider his reins and saddle
