My long absence from blog
my my, where has the time gone! I was on a roll until some time in March, then I fell and sustained a fractured foot. So I'm in a boot, non-weight bearing. I hope later this month to be able to sew a little. So glad I didn't break a hip

a finished top
My En Provence quilt top is finally finished...
I then added borders to the Meadow Mist Mystery, and this one is ready for quilting...
For the 182-Day Solstice, here is block 9, the biggest of the group...
here are the other 8 blocks, the big one above will be in the center with the others positioned around it. I've seen the layout, kind of excited to finish this one!

En Provence progress
Finally bit the bullet and put this quilt top together - not fun! but turned out pretty. I hope all the pieces are going the right way, but really no one would notice if they weren't! but the perfectionist in me will give it a good look... Next are the borders...
I have procured backings for the 4 quilt tops that are finished, and then they need to be quilted. Hope to get a couple done quickly for donation in March...

Accomplishment so far...
Last week I finished 4 quilt tops - Round the World, Hourglass, Charming Stars and the Meadow Mystery! Yea for me! Now I'm ready to tackle the Quiltville mystery, En Provence. Here are two squares...
Also up to date on the two Pat Sloan mystery quilt a longs, 182-day Solstice and Children's Library. Here's the latest picture for Children's Library
and for 182-day solstice: turned sideways of course
I need to get the donation quilts quilted, and also work on completing the Provence and keeping up with the mystery quiltalongs! so fun!

Another quilt top
This is the Hourglass quilt, as shown by the Missouri Star quilt Company, and I used a lot of my charm squares. Will be a donation quilt to H2H http://confessionsofafabricaddict.blogspot.com/p/hands2help_11.html. Thinking about borders...

Another Charming Stars quilt
Helping to use up more of my charm squares, here's my latest charming stars quilt top:
After all that I will start putting together the Quiltville mystery, en Provence. There's another Missouri star tutorial I want to do with a jelly roll and charm pack. Oh and the two Pat Sloan mysteries plus the QOV mystery. I guess that's enough...
this is the 182-day solstice (missing the latest block!)
I have two more quilt tops to assemble from squares I made recently, my round the world squares and my hourglass squares. I had hoped to get that done this weekend. Also assembling the Meadow Mystery squares: I'd like to add borders to give more color, but I like it the way it is.

Hourglass and Around the world progress
I just counted my hourglass squares and it appears I have 4 extra, so I can stop making those. It will make a top 8x9 squares. And I'm over half way done with the Round the World blocks, although not sure what the size should be. When I'm done with these I guess I'll have to go back and put together the quiltville mystery, en provence.
