Another quilt top

This is the Hourglass quilt, as shown by the Missouri Star quilt Company, and I used a lot of my charm squares.  Will be a donation quilt to H2H http://confessionsofafabricaddict.blogspot.com/p/hands2help_11.html.  Thinking about borders...

Another Charming Stars quilt

Helping to use up more of my charm squares, here's my latest charming stars quilt top:

I have two more quilt tops to assemble from squares I made recently, my round the world squares and my hourglass squares.  I had hoped to get that done this weekend.  Also assembling the Meadow Mystery squares:  I'd like to add borders to give more color, but I like it the way it is.

After all that I will start putting together the Quiltville mystery, en Provence.  There's another Missouri star tutorial I want to do with a jelly roll and charm pack.  Oh and the two Pat Sloan mysteries plus the QOV mystery.  I guess that's enough...
this is the 182-day solstice (missing the latest block!)

Hourglass and Around the world progress

I just counted my hourglass squares and it appears I have 4 extra, so I can stop making those.  It will make a top 8x9 squares.  And I'm over half way done with the Round the World blocks, although not sure what the size should be.  When I'm done with these I guess I'll have to go back and put together the quiltville mystery, en provence.

Easy Hourglass from Missouri Quilt Co

This one is so easy and fun.  Because I have a helpless addiction to 5" square packs, I liked the ease of making this quilt, thanks to a tutorial by Jenny Doan.  This uses only about 1/4 of the squares, so I'm looking for other patterns.  Trying to stick with 4 basic colors, blue, red, yellow and green...with variations in each color family
I'm also working on another QAL of Pat Sloan's, The Children's Library, here is the first block:
AND I'm finally starting another Round the World quilt, using an excess of jelly roll strips (another bad addiction!).  no pic yet

Drunkards Path baby quilt finished

Such a cute quilt... sending to  my cousin's daughter's baby!

Also started finally on the 182 day Solstice, these are simple and take no time at all.  I'm going to do blues one week, reds the next and so on.

Week 1 block is all I've done, and this was just going through my scraps, the other blocks have fabric chosen and ready to work on.  Since I'm up to date on the mysteries, I can hopefully get caught up on the remaining 5 blocks before the next one due out next week

a Quick Project

I had a layer cake of fabrics Ive had for some time, the Drunkard Path template, and so I decided to make this baby quilt:
