Quilts for Kids - 2 finishes

I worked on finishing these over the weekend and they were in the mail on Monday. hope some child likes bugs! the quilt is soft and cuddly!

Thursday's work

It has taken me a while to get back in the groove from vacation in North Carolina. But here are some blocks my sister and I are working on for a quilt gift to our sister who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. We will put it together later this month. Disregard those blocks on the far right!

Design Wall Monday - finished Granny quilt

It's hard to get a good picture of this quilt, it seems so big - actually it's not so wide but way long! I cut lots of strips for the binding. It's not a UFO - those that are left number 3 now, so I will finish by the end of the year. Unless of course I start a new project as this one was! Trying to stay on track...

Another UFO finished

This is called Round and Round, and I did a lot of that in the quilting! It really has lovely texture.

Tuesday sewing

quilting on this quilt which I started in 2010. It was a sew along with Crazy Mom. the color is really off, the white is Kona white! Here's a better picture, plus a view of the back. Love the back! all was eyeballed, of course.

I put the last border on this QOV mystery quilt while watching synchronized swimming.
